Sounds delish. What else are you doing with your harvest?
The weather wasn't very cooperative this year. We planted hoping to be able to eat our way through and that has been pretty much the story. I've eaten plenty of green beans - often with sauteed mushrooms and brown rice. I've frozen herbs (ala pinterest), made basil butter (also pinterest, eaten and frozen peppers. Tim has worked his way through the cucumbers. The tomatoes are just turning so they will be featured for the next week or so. Some may end up in the freezer...
